1) Open vault.flaze.org/my-rewards and connect. 2) Pick a reward pool and check its reward token, APY and lock length. 3) Lock at least the pool minimum (25 FRP today): approve, then lock. 4) Claim rewards any time. 5) After the lock ends, claim what is left first, then press Close. Close burns the points you locked. You cannot leave early.
