On BNB Chain and Ethereum: if you sell BNB (or ETH), 0.05% is taken out of that amount before the trade. If you sell a token, the fee is charged as a little extra BNB (or ETH) on top of the trade, and your wallet popup shows it. The exchange's own pool fee is separate.
